Original, previously unpublished papers with scientific and technical contributions are expected.
Maximal length of the regular papers is 4 pages, and for invited paper 10 pages. It is desired to occupy even number of pages (2 or 4 for regular and 8 or 10 for invited). Authors are invited to classify their papers according to the topics listed above.
Camera-ready papers in electronic version are required by 15 April 2010.
Papers will be reviewed by at least two reviewers. Authors will be informed of the decision of the Technical Programme Committee by May 15, 2010. All correspondence will be addressed to the first author.
